Once the clinic receives a referral you will be contacted by the Mental Health Navigator. If accepted, the family will receive an intake appointment where the level of support will be evaluated.

The family will then work with the Family Wellness Advisor to implement natural strategies to manage concerns into the home

Once supports are in place an assessment will be booked with our clinical team.

If pharmaceutical care is explored as a treatment option, further follow up will be monitored by the clinical team.

​

Once stable, the child will be discharged from the clinic and will use their primary care physician or walk in to refill medication as needed.
